(05-28-2026) I am thrilled to announce that I will be completing my Black Swan 200 - Hour Yoga Teacher Training in May 2026, marking my full transition into yoga and music as my primary focus. I need to go through some auditions to get hired for teaching, so stay tuned for upcoming details on class locations and registration.

Much of the music on this site (robertgriswold.com) has lived as rough demos — shared with directors and fellow musicians, but not always finished. That changes in the summer of 2026. The focus turns fully to completed & published work. For a long time, a full-time career and raising a family came first, as they should have. Now, with that chapter behind me, the music takes center stage.

At the heart of my vision is a fully immersive yoga experience — one guided by original compositions, reimagined recordings, and live music. Looking ahead, I hope to create a space for retreats rooted in nature, where music and inspiration can truly come alive.
